The next call for proposals for the Estonia – Latvia Programme will be announced by the end of August 2010. The next project submission is planned to start not earlier than autumn 2010.

The general application procedure starts with electronic project application, after which the projects first go through a technical eligibility and loose quality check at the Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS). After that, the applicants are contacted and often requested to provide certain additional information.

Projects that have passed the technical eligibility and loose quality check are further assessed by the JTS and field experts upon necessity, and then submitted to the members of the Programme Monitoring Committee who review all the projects and make the final decisions at the Monitoring Committee meeting.

Applicants are strongly recommended to attend the informative events organized by the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Programme and consult about their project ideas and questions before project submission. The next information seminars are planned in autumn 2010, before the coming call for proposals.
