The project assessment is based on established technical eligibility and quality assessment criteria, which are described in detail in the Programme Manual. In general - submitted projects that have passed the technical eligibility and loose quality check are further assessed by the JTS and field experts upon necessity, and then submitted to the members of the Programme Monitoring Committee who review all the projects and make the final decisions at the Monitoring Committee meeting.
