During the open call, applicants are welcome to come for consultations to Programme's main office in Tartu or Information Point in Rīga.

The project „ViSoEst by Bike” concluded its activities with an interesting conference on the future development of the bicycle tourism in our region.

In early October, a joint seminar for Latvian and Estonian map drawers was successfully held in Sigulda (Latvia) within the project "Est-O-Lat league’’.

Applicants are strongly recommended to consult about their project ideas. During the open call, consultations are available with the Joint Technical Secretariat in Tartu, as well as in the information point in Riga.

To help Estonian and Latvian organizations with partner search, the Programme is organizing a larger scale contact forum on 8 October in Pärnu, Estonia.
