The Estonia – Latvia Programme is regulated by a number of documents and European Commission (EC) regulations listed below.
Programme Manual is the guiding document that summarizes all the essential Programme information for the applicants and project partners. In this document, you will find more detailed information about the Programme and the procedures you need to follow during application, as well as afterwards, if your project gets approved. The application information in the Manual is updated for each call for proposals. The unofficial translations of the Manual in Estonian and Latvian are also provided for your convenience (under the web sections in local languages).
Operational Programme “Estonia – Latvia Programme 2007-2013” is a strategic document developed by the responsible institutions in both countries. It serves as the basis for the Programme.
Communication Plan of the Programme describes Programme's strategic approach and action plan for communication with various audiences.
EU REGULATIONS
Regulation on the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF_1080) establishes the tasks of the ERDF and the scope of its assistance.
General regulation_1083/2006 lays down general provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund and the Cohesion Fund.
Implementation Regulation_1828/2006 sets the rules for the implementation of the Regulation 1083/2006.
Regulation 1998/2006 regulates the de minimis aid, applicable for private partners.
