The project is raising attractiveness and competitiveness of North Kurzeme and Saaremaa Island by improving its tourism offer, using the natural advantages of the coastal municipalities. The project will be implemented by Roja Municipal Council (lead partner), Kuressaare City Government, Ventspils City Council and Talsi district Tourism Information Centre.  The aim is to achieve Blue Flag certificates for the beaches of Roja, Ventspils and Kuressaare municipalities and to ensure joint visibility of the North Kurzeme region and Saaremaa Island as an attractive tourism destination for a broader target audience.
