A project that plans to increase the local competitiveness in the industrial field of mechatronics. This will be achieved by creating strong cross-border Skills Centre for analysis, knowledge transfer and consulting, raising the competence of entrepreneurs, staff and students of vocational & higher education institutions in the field of product development. Skills Centre will offer specialized trainings and provide the target industries with relevant know-how in different stages of the product development process. The project will be carried out in cooperation among Ogre Business Innovation Incubator, Ventspils University College and  Tartu Science Park.
